  • Are you able to work on my equipment?

    Yes. We provide the best level of service and support available. Because of our affiliations with most of the major welding, cutting and robotic manufacturers we are able to provide you with the support and expertise you would expect to receive from the original equipment manufacturer.

  • What is your trademarked “Performance Arc” system?

    Performance Arc is a custom tailored plan to make sure that your equipment functions at it’s absolute peak capability.

  • Do you provide maintenance services, as well as repair?

    Yes. Proper routine maintenance ensures that your equipment needs fewer repairs and keeps it operating efficiently. Our maintenance schedule is designed to fit your timing needs.

  • How do you carry out Meter Calibration?

    All machines are tested for compliance with factory specifications. Machines are then calibrated using metering equipment directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Each machine is tagged ad documented with a tracking number and calibration expiration date with easy to understand documentation. You will also receive a certificate of calibration and calibration results for each machine.

  • Do you comply with Military Standards?

    Yes. Our qualified technicians can tailor a calibration program that will conform to ISO or Military standards.

  • How do you bill for your time?

    Standard billing rate is one hour minimum and actual time thereafter. Billing time will begin from the time the support technician leaves and will complete when the technician finishes the job. TechSource Alliance, Inc. has taken many steps to provide an accurate and fair time system that will ensure an accurate and fair bill for the customer.
